Text Box: At the end of the year 2005, Bartha Lóránd, Benedek István, Pásztor István and Szénási Zsolt, founded AREA³, a nonprofit and nongovernmental organization, legal framework for the programmes and researches we hope to undertake. La sfârşitul anului 2005, încă studenţi la arhitectură la Cluj Bartha Lóránd, Benedek István, Pásztor István şi Szénási Zsolt, am fondat organizaţia nonguvernamentală AREA³, pentru a crea un cadru legal şi organizatoric programelor şi studiilor pe care dorim să le realizăm. Az AREA³ egyesületet Bartha Lóránd, Benedek István, Pásztor István és Szénási Zsolt, alapította 2005 végén, amikor még építészetet hallgattak Kolozsváron. Úgy gondoltuk, szabadidőnkben majd kutatunk és különféle programokat szervezünk, erre pedig egy törvényes háttérre is szükség lett hamarosan.

Anthropic environment: natural sub-system that includes all human creation, culture to built matter. We set off to tickle this complex system with small impulses further on, towards a complete and perpetuous activation of its internal wibes and external connections. We think of architecture as inevitably oriented towards the intricate processes of natural sciences, rather than the result of mere artistic procedures. We see it as continuously shifting and mutating in this multidisciplinary system, according to the specific facets of natural-human relationships that it does actually study. By extending its limits in such manner, and setting focus on its connections, the environment becomes advanced, as the people from ACTAR have rightfully put it. Our association aims to broaden the professional perspective in the direction above mentioned, using passive (exhibitory) and active (initiative) methods. We would also like to increase public sensibility towards the obvious link between the personal and communitary, the local and global way of life and it’s built environment.

Pornind de la definitia ambientului antropic ca subsistemul natural care cuprinde totalitatea creatiilor umane, de la cultura, pana la cadrul fizic construit, ne propunem dezvoltarea acestui sistem complex în directia activarii perpetue a legaturilor ei interne si externe. Arhitectura, considerata mai degraba o parte a stiintelor naturale decat unor proceduri exclusiv artistice, devine componenta unui sistem multidisciplinar, orientat asupra relatiilor om-natura. Prin largirea definitiei si amplificarea importantei legaturilor ei, ambientul devine avansat, precum afirma si gruparea ACTAR. Asociatia AREA3 are ca obiectiv, pe plan profesional, deschiderea orizontului în directia anterior mentionata, prin modalitati pasive si active. Depasind aria profesionala, ne propunem cresterea sensibilitatii publicului larg privind relatiile dintre modul de viata personal-comunitar, local-global si cadrul ei construit.

Emberi (antropikus) környezetnek tekintjük az emberi alkotás összességét, kultúrától az épített környezetig. Az emberi környezet alrendszere a természetnek. Kis impulzusokkal szeretnénk állandóan aktívált állapotban tartani eme komplex rendszer összes belsö és külsö kapcsolatát. Elérkezett az idö, hogy az építészetet a természettudományok körébe soroljuk: nyilvánvalóan a fenti multidiszciplináris rendszer folyamataiban rejlik az ember és környezete közötti kapcsolatok kulcsa. Ha értelmezési körét ennyire kitágítjuk és figyelmünket kapcsolataira szenteljük, környezetszemléletünk „haladóvá” válik. Szakmai téren a látókör általános tágítását tekintjük egyesületünk feladatának: bemutató (passzív) és beavató (aktív) módon. Továbbmenöen pedig a nagyközönség érzékenységét szeretnénk a személyes és közösségi, illetve globális és lokális életmód és épített környezete közötti kapcsolatok iránt felkelteni.
